Paleo Challenge 6

Welcome to the Paleo Challenge #6 Monday January 2 – February 13.
Jump into the new year with this amazing 6 week challenge to help with encouraging and motivating you to make healthy food choices, and instill a lifestyle change. This will be our 6th Paleo challenge and everyone is encouraged to participate. The cost will be $50.00. Included is A custom CrossFit Edge Airdrie Quickstart Guide and Paleo Challenge ebook. It’s a 150-page guide to Paleo that teaches you all the basics about the diet, including what to eat and what not to eat, plus tons of FAQ’s. You will be able to track your progress AND it contains a detailed 6-week Paleo meal plan with menus, shopping lists and recipes!!! You will also be given a 7 site BF Caliper test!

Total percentage of BF lost, combined with a weekly submission of a food log will determine the winner! food journals MUST be submitted weekly to stay in the challenge!!!

You will be required to weigh in and be tested at the gym by Monday, January 2nd. First journal submission is required by the following Monday. Please email food journals by 8am on Mondays to stay in the challenge!
