CrossFit Edge Airdrie also offers CrossFit Kids and Preschoolers Classes! The same broad, and inclusive strength and conditioning program but with scaled load and intensity and a ton of fun!

CrossFit Kids – Ages 6 – 16

An hour youth fitness program is founded in and utilizes the principles of CrossFit. CrossFit Kids is a specialized program separate from adult CrossFit and is dedicated to giving kids the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level. Whether your young athlete is a beginner to a fitness program or a highly skilled sport specific athlete CrossFit Kids is the training protocol for young individuals seeking a high quality functional fitness program. This Program is for girls and boys of all fitness levels and capabilities ages 6 to 16 year old boys and girls and is designed to promote fun fitness.

CrossFit Kids focuses on teaching core fundamental movements to develop the athlete’s overall ability to move and function in various active environments.

You have the option of 1-3 sessions/week.

CrossFit Preschoolers – Ages 3 – 5

A 30 minute, class that introduces your active preschooler aged 3 to 5 years to sport, fitness and the basics of CrossFit through jumping, playing, singing and dancing in a fun a very high energy environment. All activities are adapted to meet your child’s needs and abilities. Bring out your ‘inner child’ and encourage your childs’ love of sport and fitness while preparing for progression to CrossFit Kids and other sport programmes.
